Thank you for your prompt response Sue.

I did use the i*@sbcglobal.net email earlier but no one responded either, I understand now that Sandy is “out of town”, but I will go ahead and mail her the payment (Check) to the address on the WEB.  

I do check the Post Office Box daily and have not received it yet, I will make the Hotel reservation by calling them, when I called yesterday I was not able to get through to the reservation line for the La Quinta Hotel.

Thank you everyone for all your help and assistance, we are looking forward to the meeting in June.

Julio,

Sandy is out of town for three days. When she comes back, she can
reply. There may still be places available for the annual meeting.
Though the deadline for reserving at La Quinta with the conference rate
is past, you can still go to http://www.hotels.com and find a room in
Sacramento for a reasonable rate. My husband and I did that.

All hope is not lost!
