I haven't forgotten you.  I do have an extra third volume of Van der Walt, but
before you decide to purchase it, I wanted to contact the author and see if he
still had any complete sets for sale.  And if so, at what price.  I've e-
mailed him, and hope to have an answer for you soon.  I purchased a set about
a year ago, which is how I ended up with an extra third volume.
