Charles (and I) used VF-11 available ant most nurseries (a liquid). He also
used his runoff from his worm farm.  Fast draining (that stays moist) growing
medium is a must of course.  Your minis and dwarfs may be more prone to
fungal disease.  But, I have not seen it with my cuttings and foliar feeding.
