Plant Info Request

Hello,
    I am looking for information on three plants.

First, 'The Dancer' miniature or dwarf zonal.  Is it the same as
'Dancer'?  It was from Australia and I would like to know who the
hybridizer was.

Second, 'Mavisette' miniature or dwarf zonal from Australia, and would
like to know the hybridizer on this as well.

And, third, 'Blue Moon' miniature or dwarf zonal from Australia, and
would like to know the hybridizer here, too.

Have hit a dead end on the web, and looking in the three Australian
books I have, and catalogs.
