Mrs. Murray????

Hello,
    In my quest for information on "Black Vixen" it has come to my
attention today that in an old catalog from Bonanza Nursery, San Jose,
California, owned by Gino Franco, that he attributed it to a person
named Murray.  Now I have further information that he used to talk about
a Mrs. Murray.
    Does this jog anything in anyone's memory?
