List shutting down

Most of you have forgotten about this list that Diana Pederson started
up back in 1998.  Unfortunately, in mid-1998 Diana had other obligations
and had to leave the list in an ownerless state.

Things are now to the point where the list hasn't received any messages
since September 1999, so I think it's best to just shut it down.  You
won't have to do anything special to unsubscribe, either -- I'll take
care of it all on this end.
