Season over in Western NY

Well I have to admit the daylily season is over here in NY.  Only one
left bloooming and wouldn't you know I received it misnamed.  It's been
the best performer I've had all season, started blooming in early July
and still hasn't quit.
I've been collected a fair amount of seed this year, mostly from hand
crosses but some work by the bees. Hope to see some interesting flowers
in a couple years.
We're preparing for our local clubs annual banquet next month and have
got great speakers lined up, the Shooters from Marietta Gardens.  That
should be wonderful.
