care. This is a natural health and beauty compendium. Whether your
interest is in the healing properties of herbs and other natural
resources--the preparation of balms or salves, soaps or lotions, things
culinary, herbs as decoratives or the cultivation and propogation of
herbs, homeopathy, intuitive medicine or the wonderful world of
workouts, this list is for you. It is our belief that checking with
Mother Nature first and foremost will more than likely bring wonderous
results.

The list is just part of an ever-evolving web site. It is our intention
to provide a place for anyone with an interest in natural care and
healing to pose questions, find answers, share recipes or make comments
about their experiences with all things natural. We will continously
build and maintain a FAQ. It is our intention to make this FAQ as
comprehensive as possible--a kind of one-stop information area. We
