Hi Paula!
My wife and I live in CT. This was out first year at deck gardening. We
planted perenials and they came up but did not blossom. Now, we were told to
cut them back and cover the pots with mulch and water them for the winter.
hopefully they will come back next year. They are in rather large pots and
covered with lawn bags. Have you ever had any like experiences?
