Good Morning Everybody,
I'm getting ready to go nomail.  :o(
I know.....I just signed on....but my mom will be having cataract
surgery next week....so I'm off to be with her for a week or so.

Just want to thank Diana for this list.  Looking forward to learning
lots of stuff about gardening as well as making new friends.

Want to welcome Anne...<wave, wave>...BTW I love African violets except that
after awhile they die on me.  :o(   And.....I love rhubarb and
tried to plant it in our yard, but it too died on me.  Yikes!!  But
I've been pretty successful with other houseplants.  And, yes I do
consider houseplants as part of gardening.....bringing nature indoors
to give our spirits a lift.  <sigh>

Also....Hi to Chuck out in New England....my favorite place this time
of year.  :o) Didn't make our annual fall New England trip this year
and am finding that I really miss it.  The fall colors there are indeed
wonderful.  Now to your question about perenials in pots.  Haven't
tried that yet.  Sounds like a wonderful idea though.

And, Arlene....sorry about your hubby hurting himself....OUCH!!....
but thanks for the warning.
