Hi to all you out there on the Enabled Gardeners list.
  I am a new member and have been sitting tight waiting
for some of your messages to come through.
I find it quiet difficult to do gardening because of my back
condition. So last year we decided to have concrete blocks
put down to make individual beds and lay concrete paths between
them by doing this it has allowed us to raise the height of the
beds by about 9 inches. I am now able to do a bit of gardening
because I don't have to bend over to much. I hope to here some
more comments soon on how we can make gardening easier
for ourselves.
