Button fern & culture questions

The botanical name for button fern is Pellaea rotundifolia.

I can't find culture information on a couple of plants that I have--light
conditions, watering, humidity, potting medium.  I purchased Dracaena
goldieana from Glasshouseworks a while ago and it doesn't seem to be
thriving.  It was under 2-20watt fluorescent tubes at first, but is now in a
NE window.  It's alive and putting out a new leaf every year.  It just
doesn't look that happy.

The other is Paphiopedilum wardii.  There is info on just about every other
species in the Northen book, but no mention of this one.  This orchid is
sitting about 12 inches away from the Dracaena basking in 50% humidity and
indirect light.
