Cheryl,
When I got my ranunculus, I put it in the ground immediately. It wasn't
blooming for very long, but had really large flowers. It was classified as
annual. Next spring, I forgot about it, but noticed some green coming from
the ground exactly in the spot where I had it last year. It looked like
the ranunculus, but it couldn't be - it is annual! Well, it bloomed like
ranunculus so it must be a ranunculus! This spring is it's third spring,
and it is already coming up green. So much for being annual.
