Hi.  Sheffelaras do not like to be wet.  You need to let the soil dry 
completely out before watering.  Also they like to be somewhat potbound so 
perhaps the pot is too big.  As for the dracaenas, they like high humidity.  
I have mine placed on pebbles that have water in them to raise the humidity.  
Dracaenas unlike the Sheffelaras do not like to have their soil get 
completely dry.  They prefer a somewhat moist environment.  Hope this helps.
