Hi,
A great place for water garden plants is Lilypons with stores in Maryland,
Texas and California. Their snail mail address is: Lilypons Water Gardens,
PO Box 10, Buckeystown, MD, 21717-0010. I went to the one near Houston with
a friend and no intention of having a water garden of my own. I came home
with 3 plants for a shallow type garden: dwarf papyrus (now over 24" tall),
dwarf horsetail (very mannerly) and aquatic mint. I now have snails and
fish, too. All is quite easy to take care of and most enjoyable. Good luck.
