Hi Frank,
I have a good size Gardenia bush, and small Azalia (both in pots). Both
plants need acidy soil so I give them tea-bags and coffee grounds to help
them naturally, rather then chemically. I'm not sure if tea-bags in garden
soil will make any difference, but I think they may contribute to overall
amount of humus
that any healthy soil should have.
BTW what happened to the list? I did not get any messages for many days
(seems like weeks). Is everyone so busy that you can not spare few minutes
to post
something, anything? Ofcourse, winter is a very unfortunate time for us
gardeners, all we can do is dream about beautifull flowers that are to come,
and look through the catalogs, and hibernate.
An update on pereskia seeds - still nothing for me, but I have no idea how
long do they take to germinate. Did anyone have them up?
Barbara
