I, too, have Stephanotis floribunda and mine hasn't bloomed either!!!!  Maybe they
are all in conspiracy not to bloom. :-)  I think the plants have to be a certain
age to bloom.  Mine is just starting to vine out when winter kicked in & it's cool
(in the 50's) in the greenhouse & might not be conducive to blooming.  Hope this
