Gardens - Indoors and Out

Well ... since it is winter and not much doing outside I always need to
entertain myself.  Checked my orchids last night ... and horrors!  Mealy
bugs, 3 of them.  Out came the alcohol.  Not welcome in my home.  

I received a Gorgeous catalog the other day.  It's a must have just for
the photos.

Featured plants to name a few are Tuberous begonias and oxalis with tall
erect flower spikes.  My oxalis just never stop blooming.  Also hosta,
dahlias, and Asatic Lillies.  

I'm probably just entertaining myself here ... but just have to laugh.
I've been hauling around 2 galvanized laundry tubs of Crocosmia that I
brought from my home in the desert.  Now I'm at the ocean and what do
you suppose I see just absolutely everywhere.  In the fields, in the
woods, up the hillsides.  Growing wild everywhere I look!
