[INDOOR-GARDENING:75] Jade Plants

In response to jade plant questions:

I'm a Californian and have been around jade plants all my life. First,
in order to get a tree like plant you are going to have to wait for a
few years. I have found with potted jades you can speed up the process
some. First repot every year going one-size up. Fertilize frequently and
keep the plants well watered. Move them outside for the summer, indoors
keep in bright light. As for flowers, normal flowering period is from
december to February. The flowers are very small in clusters, usually
white to very pale pink. I have never seen an inside plant flower. Here
we grow them in full sun and they flower easily outside. Hope this
helps.
