Easter cactus

Hi all:

I have a mauve easter cactus (Rhipsalidopsis)in full bloom.  Will they bloom
whenever they get teh right conditiioning or is mine a hybrid with the
Christmas cactus?  I always thought easter cacti were red.  Mine has the
usual Easter cactus daisy like blossoms.

This post is a test, as well, as I haven't been getting mail from the indoor
gardening list.  Maybe everyone is busy gardening outdoors.
