Sorry to continue the off-topic posts, but I had to mention that this
diet, although current conventional wisdom, doesn't work for everyone
and can even be very bad. I'm on a restricted carb diet for people
with insulin resistance and it's the best thing that ever happened to
me. Some of us have bodies that can't handle too many grains. Trying
to force everyone into the same nutritional mold has caused so much
misery.
