We grow scented geraniums inside without gro lights. They thrive in east
windows and south windows with very little care. The south window is shaded
by a very large willow tree in the summer. They use a lot of water and grow
quite tall. The one we recently put outside on the front step is about 3
feet tall. Some have grown to five or six feet before we pruned them back
and started cuttings. They seldom bloom for us. Perhaps more sun would make
them bloom more, but we grow them for the foliage and the scent.
