Honest-I didn't miss what you said :)
However, each time a cucumber gets a little more than an inch long or so,
they start turning yellow and shriveling, eventually falling off the plant.
Even at this length-this is not considered fruit set.  The tip off is
that they are not getting any bigger.  If the fruit was 3" or so then
you would have a decidedly different problem.
