Lily,

I wasn't responding to your query, but rather to the person taking yet
another person to task for attitude, and showing the same attitude as the
person being criticized. Perhaps I'm guilty here, too.

As to Aloe, it is a large and variable genus, found over a large
geographical area, and I don't have any reliable information, so I didn't
comment, which may have led you, or others, astray.
