You should plant your seeds now. The best way to propagate is by stem cuttings
or division of tuberous roots because the seeds will take about 7 months to
flower. Gloxinia needs bright light AWAY from direct sunlight in summer and SOME
sunlight in winter. This is not an easy plant to start from seed and it's not an
easy plant to keep in flower year after year. Start by planting the seeds then
try to get info on how to get it to flower again year after year. Look at VG,
they might have good tips there.
Gloxinias do well in artificial light such as fluorescents. That could solve
your low light problem.
