[INDOOR-GARDENING:256] A question about Spathiphylums

Hello all,
I am new to this list and apologise if this has been addressed before but I
am looking for some advice about my Spathys.
A few of them have brown crispy tips on most of their leaves, I have heard
this can be a light issue, and also a watering issue and have tried to
address both. I am wondering what ideas people have, and also if this is
going to be eventually fatal?
They seem healthy and happy apart from this...
