[INDOOR-GARDENING:390] Hello/Alocasia

Hello list,

I have just joined this mail list. I am a long-time house plant lover and have
some lovely speciment plants that I have grown from small starter plants. I
have also lost more than a few plants to neglect and other problems over the
years. 

For the first time ever, I have bought an Alocasia. Before I kill it, I
thought I would ask if anyone has had experience with this plant. Are there
any secrets to care, etc.? It looks like a relative to Nephthytis/Syngonium
and I always manage to kill those.

Any help would be appreciated.
