Hi.....

I have a ficus repens also, but with plain leaves.  The tag just said
frequent watering (and it does need this), meduim light and fertilize
monthly.

You can easily propagate this plant.  I have, with past ones, just pinned
down one or more sections in the pot and they root very eaily.
