Another critter

I have this plant, don't know the name.  It looks like an opened flower but 
it's all green.  I was going to water it and I saw these tiny black specks 
on it.  One was crawling and I saw a web.  I took the plant and drenched it 
under warm water.  One of the leaves looked like it's been chewed on, it 
was white with these black specks on it.  Any idea what they are?
I don't have any other better description, these were definately not teeny 
weeny ants.
