One of my ivy plants' dirt looks moldy.  There are green fungus 
looking 
patches and whitish patches.  I will have to change the dirt.  But like 
someone else asked, can dirt get mold from chlorine, salt, etc.

I have a lipstick plant that has the same thing!  Any light on this 
subject will be appreciated.
