Adoptee Plant

I adopted this plant from work.  I browsed through my plant manual and 
here's what I found:  It is similar to the candle plant (plectranthus 
coleoides, marginatus) but the colors are in reverse.  The candle leaves 
are green with white border, mine is white with green border.  Any one know 
what this plant is?
