Congratulations, Rick (or should I call you Mr. President?). I finally
know
the joy of reblooming an orchid too--also a cheap little orchid (an unknown
dendrobium) with purplish-pink flowers that I got for $4 at Fred Meyer.
They had a whole tray of them out of bloom but this one looked healthiest.
When I saw the spike forming I just about screamed. I wish I could have
taken them all home. What on earth do they *do* with all the poor things?
I haven't had much success finding clearance plants lately (and believe
me, I look *every* time I go to the store). Just one measly little Lithop
for 99 cents about 2 months ago. Slim pickins 'round here. :-)
