Most tapwater has minerals of some sort in it. If a white deposit builds up
in your teakettle then your water contains lime.
Water from a dehumidifier is lime free and also free of any other minerals,
some of which your plants might like. If you use it all the time I would
suggst to be sure your fertilizer contains trace elements. Check the label.
Hope this helps.
