Hi Batya,

I put it outside in the summer in full sun and when it gets cold, I
bring it inside (into a sunroom on the south side of our house), stop
watering it and let it go dormant. I resume watering when new leaves
start to grow. During active growth I feed it with Miracle Gro. I have
another plumeria that I bought at the same time which gets the same
treatment but has never bloomed. It hasn't even branched yet. (I read
somewhere that plumerias need to branch before they bloom.) I have no
idea why one bloomed but the other has not.

Bonnie
