Hi,
My neighbor just gave me a hanging basket with bleeding heart.  It seems
that recently it has not been watered; however, the leaves and one
flower look very healthy.  Right now it is on my kitchen table waiting
for me to do something.  My question--what should I do?  Out or can this
be rescued.  If rescued, how?
