Here you can't get fibermesh at hardware stores or even Menards or Lowes.
Places that carry bagged cement don't even carry it here.  You can only get
it at a concrete place, the place where you go to get bulk sand and gravel.
It is not fiberglass rather it is the same material they use to make the
white ropes out of.  It was originally a byproduct of the rope industry, the
scraps.  Then they started manufacturing them  The demand is higher the
supply which is probably why it is hard to find.
