I haven't yet found anyone locally who's even heard of Full Sail, and the
cost of having it shipped from the US is prohibitive.  There's the
exchange, plus the certificate to clear customs costs $20 US....might have
to take a drive across the border myself!  :)  From the pictures it has to
be worth it!
