Re: [Rose-list] Miniature roses for a south window

My only experience with growing mini's indoor resulted in spider mites and an
unhappy rose that lingered sadly before its demise. I'd love to know more too.

I see you're from Illinois - have you visited the Chicago Botanic Garden site?
Here's the address for anyone interested:
www.chicago-botanic.org.

They have extensively tested and now recommend plants for this general area
and although they say they will have rose recommendations soon, they have had
their tests published and if it's not on the sight, I'll see, if anyone's 
interested, if
I can find the articles and which roses did very well in their tests. The CBG 
is located in Glencoe, IL - about 30 North of Chicago. Zones  5a-5, hot and 
humid summers,
cold winters to -20* (often less).
