Hi, Catherine:
Here is a link on the subject of rooting roses. It's actually one of many.
I do a lot of cuttings and find that working with sterile conditions (as
opposed to the old standby: jar on dirt) gives me pretty good success,
depending on the variety. Are you using a rooting hormone? That could make
all the difference.
