For those who live close to Salem, Oregon (St.Paul actually). 
Heirloom Old Garden Roses is having their annual rose sale this
Friday, Saturday and Sunday (all of which are own-root). Not all the
roses are on sale, but tons will be. I'm leaving first thing in the
morning, to beat the crowd for the best stuff.  I think they start at
