Hi Amy:
Yes, Hortico sells mainly grafted roses. However, they offer a very limited
number of own-root varieties. Maybe one or two per class. Moreover, they
have a reputation for sending mislabeled plants. I have never ordered from
them, so I cannot confirm this.
