R. amblyotis named by C.A Meyer Species (OGR), medium red , first
cultivated 1917, Flower red, 2 in. diam.,solitary or few; fruit
subglobose or pyriform, 1/2-i in. diam., red. Kamtchatka. Cinnamomae,
(chromosome number: 14).
