[Rose-list] New submittal address

In the near future, I will be dropping my ISP of eskimo.com.   So to keep the mailing list, Chris of Mallorn Horticultural Computing has excepted to host the mailing list.   The mailing list process is a little bit different, and we hope to try to educate you on what is going on.    

Don't forget, I am not some geek who is paid by the government run a mailing list.   I am just a regular family man who wants to provide my subscribers information about roses.   In addition, running a mailing list is not free at all.  Each one of us could have a mailing list if your ISP provides it for free.  Who knows they might even charge you for it.   So don't forget, Mallorn is doing this for us without receiving any income.  Usally, when I right these notes, someone gets  mad and say foul language to me and mailing list.  

Part of this task, is finding ways to reduce my workload and focus more on my family life.   I will be having another one soon, so if I can find ways to reduce my workload, I'll take it.
