RE: [Rose-list] New product too good to be true!

I was reading a local garden newspaper and they mentioned a new
product for roses that purportedly deals with powdery mildew, blackspot,
aphids, mites, rust AND fertilizes the plant at the same time.

The product is Coast of Main Fermented Salmon. The article explained that
the salmon's natural oils and fatty acids are an effective organic
fungicide, plant stress reliever and insect and animal (deer) repellent.
Apparently they are using the product on mums as well and it's a "big hit."

This article mentions the Connecticut Post garden columnist Bing Carbone
reporting that he "watched roses infected with severe black spot and rust
become 100 percent free of the diseases" after using this product.

Has anyone tried this? I would be worth nearly any price, for someone like
me who gardens organically and has 85 roses to deal with!

PLEASE, PLEASE, TELL ME IT'S TRUE!!!
