thanks for the reply.

Bonica only 4' - hmmm.   Well,  I think i'll move her this fall.

Now i will need a new rose to grow up & around the street
sign.   Maybe Susan Saxton can suggest a HMusk for
this tough spot.

I need a rose that grows 6-8' tall that can tolerate
some shade and can stand being buried by snow
in the winter when the snow plow clears the street.
It should bloom well all summer since it will be
very prominent.

The blooms should be visible from a distance,
so that means a lighter colored rose and they
should be fairly good sized.   Prosperity is
white but i think the blooms will be too small
unless it is loaded with them.  Any ideas?
Maybe Danae?  White will a touch of yellow?
