Yes, it could be described as dark purple too - and when you say to dip the
bare-root
roses in the Clorox solution, I assume you mean all but the roots? And is this
done
after their initial soak and just before planting? Is this good advice before
planting
any bare-root rose, no matter how wonderful they may appear?
