> Bananas peels are good for the roses and bananas are good for us
they contain
> potassium which helps to regulate our heart beat.

>                                       Sauteed Bananas:
> 3 bananas pealed and sliced lengthwise, then slice across the
center leaving
> them quartered.
> 4 Tbs. butter
> 2 Tbs. vanilla extract
> 4 Tbs. flour
> 1 tsp. cinnamon
> 1/4 tsp. expresso beans (very finely ground)
> vanilla ice cream
> 1 Tbs. Grand Mariner (optional)
> 1 Tbs. Kahlua (optional)
> Hershey's hard-shell chocolate sauce
> Grated coconut
> Brush bananas with vanilla extract.
> Place flour, cinnamon, and finely ground expresso beans in a
ziplock bag, seal
> and shake well. Drop banana quarters into bag and shake, coating
well with
> flour mixture. Heat butter over medium high heat until melted, in a
heavy
> nonstick skillet. Place bananas in skillet and cook until golden
brown on each
> side. Remove and place into desert plates, 4 quarters to each
plate. Top each
> serving with one scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pour a little over one
tablespoon
> each of Kahlua and Grand Mariner on each serving of ice-cream. Top
with hard-
> shell chocolate sauce and sprinkle with coconut. Wait until
