My found roses come from several places.1. from a friends yard a beautiful
pale pink that bollms once a year and rambles everywhere. 2. from the
backyard of a uncle who has lived in this house over 35 years and the rose
was there when they bought the property a lovely deep pink one sprouts with
several canes coming from the ground. has a nice scent. blooms once a year
and also a darker red one with yellow stamins in the center. 3. from a run
down fence line where we rented the property for pastureing our horses its
also a pink. In clearing the line the poor thing had to go..so it found its
way to my yard. I couldnt bare throwing it into the brush pile..hehehehe.
I dont have names for any of these, but I know where I got themand they
bring fond memoiries back when they grow and bloom. Seems very hardy
nothing effects them!
Then I have some suckers from left over teas that didnt make it the second
year. have no idea what they are but they bloom and grow...guess I'm a pack
rat at heart cant throw any rose out. hehehehehe
Sincerely,
Terry
