[Rose-list] Re: Fertilizing Roses

PS... I also read (somewhere) that the compost has something great in
it that inhibits some of the powdery mildew spores and lessens both
powdery mildew and black spot in the roses... Hum.. I used mushroom
compost this year and had a 8 yard load delivered to the place.
