[Rose-list] Rose Geranium Honey

This year I'm buying Attar of Roses Geraniums, last year was Cinnamon
Rose Geraniums. Perhaps I'll get both.

I just pucked off and air dryed the leaves, heated the honey (gently
and just to warm), soaked the leaves (about 1 cup of leaves to 2 cups
of honey) for about 2-4 hours, then strained off the leaves.  Most
yummy on morning toast.
